Mayra is a well known Bay Area Makeup Artist in the beauty and Fashion Industry. She is a professional licensed cosmetologists and makeup Artist with 15 years of experience.

Her makeup artistry experience is broad and consists of beautifying brides and bridal parties, Portrait Shots, special occasions, film, editorial, Commercial shoots, Fashion shows, private events, Beauty pageants, and teaching makeup lessons.

She is a Published Makeup Artist, Hairstylist, and Creative Director. Notable, Mayras's artistry work has been published in over 36 different magazines world wide, one of them being Harpe's Bazaar.

Mayra has worked with many Fashion Designers, Fashion shows Directors and Beauty Pageant coordinators as their key Artist, Team Lead and MUAH Coordinator. Mayra is presently part of the Beauty Team for San Francisco Fashion week & San Francisco Fashion community week.

I'm extremely happy with the services that my bridesmaids and I received from Mayra Aguiar (hair & makeup) and Chris Pham (hair) for my wedding day! During my hair/makeup trial, each listened intently to what I wanted, made expert recommendations, and the results on wedding day turned out perfectly. Mayra and Chris both have a calm presence and worked efficiently, completing hair for 10 of us and makeup for 4 of us all before noon. The girls and I got many compliments on our hair and makeup — I loved that we all had unique buns based on each girl's preference. And my makeup stayed on the whole night (it also made a fantastic recovery after I cried during the private vow exchange before the ceremony).
